Class A motorhomes are the largest and most complex RVs on the road, combining residential systems with a heavy-duty chassis and drivetrain. Our inspections focus on structural integrity, roof and exterior sealing, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, slide-outs, leveling systems, and safety components, along with a visual inspection of the chassis, suspension, and major mechanical components. Given the cost of repairs on these units, identifying hidden issues early is critical.

Class B motorhomes may be smaller, but they pack advanced electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems into a compact space. We carefully inspect the roof, body, interior systems, battery and charging components, water and propane systems, and all installed appliances. Special attention is given to signs of water intrusion, electrical modifications, and overall build quality, which can significantly impact long-term reliability.

Class C motorhomes combine automotive drivetrains with coach-built living spaces, making thorough inspections essential. We evaluate the exterior and roof, interior components, plumbing, electrical and propane systems, appliances, slide-outs, and safety equipment, as well as visually inspect the chassis and major mechanical systems. Particular focus is placed on common problem areas such as cab-over sections, roof seams, and structural transitions between the cab and coach.

Fifth wheels are designed for extended stays and often include residential-style features and multiple slide-outs. Our inspections cover the roof, exterior, frame and pin box area, interior condition, electrical and plumbing systems, appliances, slide mechanisms, leveling systems, and safety components. We pay close attention to structural integrity, water intrusion, and load-bearing areas that are critical to safe towing and long-term durability.

Travel trailers vary widely in size and construction, making a detailed inspection especially important. We inspect the roof, exterior walls, frame, interior components, electrical, plumbing, and propane systems, appliances, slide-outs, and safety equipment. Special emphasis is placed on water intrusion, structural condition, and proper system operation, as these issues can quickly become costly if overlooked.

A pre-purchase inspection provides an in-depth evaluation of an RV before you finalize the sale. We thoroughly inspect the major systems, structure, and components to identify existing defects, safety concerns, and signs of past or potential damage. Our detailed report helps buyers understand the true condition of the RV, negotiate repairs or price adjustments, or make an informed decision before committing to a significant investment.

Warranty inspections are designed to verify that repairs have been completed properly and in accordance with manufacturer standards. We inspect the affected systems and surrounding areas to ensure workmanship is acceptable, issues have been fully resolved, and no additional problems were created during the repair process. This inspection provides documentation and peace of mind that warranty-covered work was performed correctly.

Insurance inspections focus on assessing damage resulting from accidents, weather events, or other covered losses. We document visible damage, affected components, and potential secondary issues, then provide a detailed report with supporting photos for submission to your insurance company. This independent assessment helps ensure damage is accurately identified and properly documented for the claims process.

We can inspect vehicles from as far south as Ft. Lauderdale all the way to northern Vero Beach. Sorry, but we do not inspect in Miami at the moment.
We inspect most standard vehicles 20 years old or newer with less than 200,000 miles on the odometer. This includes most cars, trucks, SUV's, crossovers, hybrids, and EV vehicles. We do not inspect heavily modified cars or trucks.
At the moment, we don't do classic cars, motorcycles, RV's, motorhomes, semi-trucks, or busses, but plan to add these services in the very near future.
For most RV's, our inspections take about 8 to 9 hours including the report.
It's possible we can do it today if it's early enough and the seller is agreeable and available. However, that's not usually the case as many things can happen to prevent a same day inspection. Instead, we usually get things done within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Everyone should be treated fairly and we want nothing more than for you to be happy with us whether or not you end up using our services. Therefore, we have implemented a cancellation (refund) policy that easily rivals our competitors.
If you or the seller cancels for any reason before we have made an appointment for the inspection, then you will get a full refund of your money minus a 3% credit card fee. If your card was only placed on hold and not charged, then you would receive a full refund.
If you or the seller cancel the inspection after the appointment has been made, but before we inspect, then we would refund your money minus a $29 cancellation fee.
If you or the seller cancel the inspection after the inspector arrives to the location (or is driving towards the location), we will refund your money minus a $49 cancellation fee. Any travel fees are non-refundable in this case.
If the seller doesn't show up at the agreed upon time for inspection, then we will refund your money minus a $49 cancellation fee (or we can reschedule for a $49 fee). Any travel fees are non-refundable in this case.
If in the rare case an inspector can't make an appointment, you will receive a 100% full refund.
Once an inspection has been started, there are no refunds.
